Kelly Preston and John Travolta have a new addition. Preston, 48, gave birth to a son, Benjamin, on Tuesday in Florida.
In a statement to People magazine, Preston and Travolta, 56, said they are "ecstatic and very happy about the newest member of the family. Both mother and baby are healthy and doing beautifully."
Last week, there was some speculation about whether or not Preston - a Scientologist - would have a silent birth, in keeping with Scientology's recommendation that no words be spoken by anyone - including doctors and nurses - in the delivery room.
Benjamin joins 10-year-old sister Ella Bleu. Travolta and Preston's son, Jett, died of a fatal seizure at 16 in 2009.
