Alleged sex abuse victim suing former Archdiocese of Boston clergy for negligence over Father Kelvin Iguabita-Rodriguez

An alleged victim of sexual abuse is suing Bishops William F. Murphy and Richard Joseph Malone for negligent supervision related to abuse that occurred from 1999 to 2001 in All Saints Church in Haverhill and at other locations.

When the victim was between 5 and 7 years old she alleges Father Kelvin Iguabita-Rodriguez, who was assigned to All Saints Church at the time and directed a choir the victim was in, sexually abused her on multiple occasions and in multiple locations, according to a civil complaint filed May 19.

The abuse allegedly included Iguabita-Rodriguez touching and fondling her genitals and raping her, the complaint said.
