Church Sexual Abuse

A former altar boy at St. Patrick's Church in Owego claims he was the victim of sexual abuse and he is suing the church, the Diocese of Rochester and the Vatican for 40 million dollars.

James Insko, who lives in California, claims the abuse happened in the 1970's at the hands of the Reverend Albert Cason.

Cason was removed from his ministry in 1985 for sexual misconduct, but no criminal charges were filed.
