A third lawsuit has been filed against a Roman Catholic priest accused of sexually abusing young men in southwest Ohio years ago.
The suit was filed in Dayton on behalf of four men who avow that the Reverend David Kelley abused them while he was assigned to a church in Vandalia. A similar suit earlier this month in Cincinnati listed 21 men as plaintiffs.
Another suit last month alleged that Kelley molested five boys more than 20 years ago. The priest's lawyer, Edward McTigue says he hasn't seen the latest lawsuit.
McTigue said he's already asked the court in Cincinnati to dismiss the prior allegations against the priest.
All three lawsuits allege that church officials knew about abuse by priests and did nothing to stop it.
